How to use the online store

  1. Find the item you wish to purchase in the Online Shop.
  2. Click the Add to Shopping Cart button.
  3. Confirm that correct item was added to your Cart and click Check Out.
  4. Create your new Account or Login if you are a returning customer.
  5. Confirm your Shipping Information and click the Purchase button.
  6. Fill in your Credit Card Information and press Purchase.

Order Status

How fast will I get my order?
All orders are processed between 8.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. (AWST), Monday to Friday. Your order will be shipped within 5 working days, unless otherwise advised. Please see Shipping Information for delivery and shipping policies.

How do you deal with out of stock products?
Though we do our best to make sure the products we offer are always available, we occasionally run out of particular items. If the item you order is unavailable, we will notify you within 48 hours.
